3D Imaging: From Microscale to Atomic Resolution

讲座内容：Three-dimensional visualization is veryimportant for materials study. At the University of Sydney, we are able toperform 3D imaging on a broad range of scales by employing differentapproaches. The techniques include micro- and nano-CT, 3 view, electrontomography, and atom probe tomography. In this talk, the principles of thesetechniques will be briefly discussed, followed by examples of case studiesperformed by each technique.
